Step-By-Step Method for Detox Foot Bath

• Set your space to be quiet, calming and free of strong lighting.
• Fill your container or tub with filtered, purified or quality water. Warm water is great.
• Active your Chlorine Dioxide Drops. Once amber, add them to the water.
• Soak your feet for 10-20 minutes.
• Once finished, wipe and dry your feet thoroughly.
• Apply your Organic Castor Oil + DMSO mixture and work into the skin. A 70/30 mixture is most common.
• Allow to dry. Be sure not to stain any clothing, bedding or furniture.

Chlorine Dioxide – How It Works

When combined in equal parts, Sodium Chlorite and Citric Acid create Chlorine Dioxide, a powerful oxidizer used globally for water disinfection. This method neutralizes harmful bacteria, viruses, and pathogens without leaving behind toxic residues or odors.

Chlorine Dioxide – How To Use

1. Always use glass or plastic containers. Never metal.

2. In a clean, dry glass or plastic container (never metal), add your drops of Part A.

3. Add an equal number of drops of Part B to the same container.

4. Gently swirl for a few seconds.

5. Let it activate for 30 to 60 seconds. The solution will turn amber yellow, confirming Chlorine Dioxide has formed.

6. Add the activated solution to your water and stir gently.

Organic Castor Oil & Topical DMSO

2. Blend. In a clean glass container, mix DMSO with castor oil at the ratio recommended by your holistic or naturopathic provider. Many users start with a higher oil-to-DMSO ratio and adjust gradually.

3. Apply. Massage gently into the target area with clean hands. A little goes a long way.

4. Aftercare. A few drops of castor oil alone make an excellent post-application moisturizer.
