What is the recommended protocol to use with the chlorine dioxide kit?
Add 2 drops of Part A, with 2 drops of Part B in a shot glass (or any small glass/plastic cup). Gently swirl around for a few seconds. Let this sit to activate for 30 to 60 seconds. Add to 16oz of water.
Adjust the ratio of drops for larger quantities of water.
For 1 US gallon (3785 mL), use 3-5 drops from each bottle.
What is the difference between the Citric Acid activator Vs. the Hydrochloric Acid activator?
Citric Acid is widely used as a natural disinfectant, and Hydrochloric Acid naturally mimics what is in our stomach for digesting food. Some people find that the Hydrochloric Acid kit creates a water with "no taste." Others are familiar with Citric Acid as it is found in many fruits and vegetables.
You can be confident that, whichever 1ness Kit you choose, you are being provided with an excellent quality method of water purification.
How should I store the bottles to keep them fresh?
Keep both bottles in a cool and dark place. Do not let them sit in direct sunlight. A good place to keep your kit is in a pantry or in the refrigerator. Ensure that the cap is secure and tight on the bottle threading.
Does the product expire?
No it does not.
As long as the bottles are stored in a cool-to-moderate temperature, away from direct sunlight, both products will stay fresh and will activate normally once mixed together.
How long does the treated water stay clean?
Once treated, the water can stay clean for approximately 4 years providing the water is stored properly. Exposure to sunlight, air or temperatures over 100 degrees Fahrenheit will degrade the effectiveness. If the water is exposed to the above elements, treat the water again with the recommended protocol.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation to the same email address that you provided at checkout. If for some reason you did not receive this email, please check your SPAM folder before contacting our Customer Support team.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, or is in any way incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing the following:
- Take a clear, digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in.
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to email@example.com.
- Include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and a brief description.
You will receive an email response within 36 hours. We will work with you to resolve the situation.
How do I track my order?

Can I cancel my order?
We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

What shipping options are available to me?
Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, once dispatched.
All orders over $100 in the continental USA receive FREE shipping. Orders are typically shipped via USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Orders will be dispatched through USPS and delivered by your local postal service.
Please allow for additional delivery times for orders outside of the USA.
Local customs and duties fees are outside of our control and the responsibility of the receiving party.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Depending on the time that your order was placed, it will be shipped out on the next business day.
What is your return/refund policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- You have 30 days from the date you ordered your item to submit a return request.
- We will notify you once we receive your return.
- Our processing team will inspect your returned item and we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment if your return is approved.
You will receive a refund credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, your order is guaranteed up to 60 days from the date of your order. Contact us if there is a concern with your order.
